Step one
The system gets to know you.
TriPilot starts by asking a short set of smart questions, so the plan fits your life rather than the other way around.
Account setup
- Name, email and age group — that’s it to get going.
Sport selection
- Tick any combination of swim, bike and run.
- One sport, two, or all three — the plan is built for whatever you pick.
Goal type
- A specific race — give it a name, a date and a distance.
- A distance — your first 5km, a half marathon, a sprint triathlon, a 70.3 — with a goal date.
- Just getting started — a beginner path with no race in sight.
Availability & preferences
- Which days you can genuinely train.
- One mandatory rest day.
- Up to two “long” days.
- Max sessions per sport per week — up to four per sport when you’re doing several, up to six if you’re running only. Gym sits on top.
Benchmarks & zones
- Simple pace and effort inputs, or test results if you have them.
- Swim, bike and run each get their own starting zones.
This becomes your athlete profile — and it drives everything else.
